SpaceX က သူတို႔တည္ေဆာက္လွ်က္ရွိတဲ့ Starlink satellite အင္တာနက္ကြန္ယက္ကို ထပ္မံစမ္းသပ္ႏိုင္ဖို႔အတြက္ demonstration မ်ားကို ပင္လယ္ကူးသေဘၤာမ်ားအေပၚတြင္ စတင္စမ္းသပ္လိုလွ်က္ရွိေနပါတယ္။ ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့အပတ္ အဂၤါေန႔က Elon Musk ရဲ႕ space company ဟာ Federal Communications Commission (FCC) နဲ႔ ေတြ႕ဆုံေဆြးေႏြးခဲ့ၿပီး Starlink user terminal ၁၀ ခုကို သူတို႔ (SpaceX) ရဲ႕ ေလွမ်ားေပၚတြင္ တင္ေဆာင္ဖို႔ခြင့္ျပဳႏိုင္မလားဆိုတာကို ေမးျမန္းခဲ့ပါတယ္။ User terminal မ်ားဆိုသည္မွာ ကုမၸဏီရဲ႕ satellite အင္တာနက္ကြန္ယက္သို႔ ခ်ိတ္ဆက္ေပးႏိုင္တဲ့ ေျမျပင္ေပၚရွိ ေသးငယ္ေသာ device မ်ားပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ 

“သူတို႔ရဲ႕ SpaceX satellite စနစ္ရဲ႕ end-to-end လုပ္ေဆာင္ႏိုင္စြမ္းေတြကို ပိုမိုျမႇင့္တင္ႏိုင္ဖို႔အတြက္ သူတို႔က အာဏာပိုင္မ်ားရဲ႕အကူအညီကိုရယူၿပီး ဒီ user terminal မ်ားကို ပင္လယ္ကူး သေဘၤာမ်ားေပၚတြင္ ၂ႏွစ္ခန႔္ၾကာ တပ္ဆင္ထား၍ရႏိုင္မလားဆိုတာကို ေမးျမန္းၾကည့္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ တိတိက်က်ေျပာရမည္ဆိုလွ်င္ rocket booster မ်ားဆင္းသက္ရန္အသုံးျပဳတဲ့ autonomous spaceport drone ship ၂ စီးအပါအဝင္ သေဘၤာ ၁၀စီးခန႔္ကို earth station ၁၀ ခု တပ္ဆင္၍ရႏိုင္မလားဆိုတာကို ခြင့္ျပဳခ်က္ ေတာင္းခံျခင္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။” ဟူ၍ SpaceX ရဲ႕ FCC သို႔ ေပးပို႔ခဲ့တဲ့ file တစ္ခုတြင္ ေရးသားထားခဲ့ပါတယ္။
