သင့္ရဲ႕ အေရးအပါဆုံး အခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကိုခိုးယူေနႏိုင္ေသာ Malware: LokiBot

Underground forum website မ်ားေပၚတြင္ ေပၚေပၚတင္တင္ကိုေရာင္းခ်ျခင္း (သို႔) အလကားေပးေနတဲ့ open-source DIY malware package တစ္ခုျဖစ္တဲ့ LokiBot ကူးစက္ခံရႏႈန္းမ်ားဟာ ယခုအခါတြင္ လြန္စြာ ျပန႔္ႏွံ႔လွ်က္ရွိေနပါတယ္။ LokiBot ဟာ password မ်ား၊ cryptocurrency wallet မ်ားကို ခိုးယူႏိုင္႐ုံသာမက အျခားေသာ malware အသစ္မ်ားကိုလဲ install ျပဳလုပ္ႏိုင္စြမ္းရွိေနပါတယ္။ 

ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့အပတ္က အေမရိကန္ ျပည္တြင္းလုံၿခဳံေရးဌာနရဲ႕ Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency နဲ႔ ျပည္နယ္စုံ သတင္းအခ်က္အလက္မွ်ေဝေရးနဲ႔ အကဲျဖတ္ေလ့လာေရးဌာနခ်ဳပ္က ထုတ္ျပန္လိုက္ေသာ သတိေပးခ်က္တစ္ရပ္အရ LokiBot ရဲ႕လႈပ္ရွားမႈေတြဟာ ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့ ၂လတာကာလအတြင္း သိသိသာသာကိုျမင့္ တက္လာခဲ့တယ္လို႔ဆိုပါတယ္။ ဒီအရာကို “EINSTEIN” လို႔ေခၚတဲ့ အရပ္ဘက္ အစိုးရဌာနမ်ားနဲ႔ agency မ်ားအၾကား သတင္းအခ်က္အလက္စုေဆာင္းေရး၊ ဆက္သြယ္ေရး၊ ေလ့လာေရးနဲ႔ ကြန္ျပဴတာလုံၿခဳံေရး သတင္းအခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကို မွ်ေဝေပးဖို႔အသုံးျပဳလွ်က္ရွိေနတဲ့ အလိုအေလွ်ာက္ ေဖာက္ထြင္းဝင္ေရာက္မႈ ရွာေဖြေရးစနစ္တစ္ခုကေနတဆင့္ ေဖာ္ထုတ္ေတြ႕ရွိခဲ့တာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ 
“CISA ဟာ LokiBot malware ကို အသုံးခ်မႈျမင့္မားလာျခင္းကို ၂၀၂၀၊ ဂ်ဴလိုင္လကတည္းက စတင္၍ရွာေဖြေတြ႕ရွိခဲ့တာျဖစ္ၿပီး ေလ့လာေနတာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။” ဟူ၍ ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့အပတ္ေသာၾကာေန႔က ေျပာၾကားသြားခဲ့ပါတယ္။ “ဒီကာလတစ္ေလွ်ာက္လုံးတြင္ အစိုးရနဲ႔ အရပ္ဘက္ဆိုင္ရာ ကြန္ယက္ခြဲမ်ားကို ကာကြယ္ေပးလွ်က္ရွိေနေသာ CISA ရဲ႕  EINSTEIN စနစ္က LokiBot ရဲ႕ activity မ်ားသိသိသာသာျမင့္မားလာ တာကို ေတြ႕ရွိခဲ့ရတယ္လို႔ သိရွိရပါတယ္။ 

အဆိုပါ malware တြင္ keylogger ပါဝင္ၿပီး password မ်ားနဲ႔ အျခား အေရးႀကီးေဒတာအခ်က္အလက္မ်ား ကို ခိုးယူႏိုင္သလို၊ browser မ်ား၊ administrative tools မ်ားတြင္သိမ္းဆည္းထားေသာ password မ်ားနဲ႔ cryptocurrency wallet မ်ားထံမွလည္း အခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကို ခိုးယူႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ ထို႔အျပင္ အျခားေသာ application ေပါင္း ၁၀၀ ေက်ာ္ထံမွ သတင္းအခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကိုလဲ ခိုးယူႏိုင္စြမ္းရွိေနပါတယ္ဟူ၍ လုံၿခဳံေရးဆိုင္ရာကုမၸဏီတစ္ခုျဖစ္တဲ့ Gigamon ရဲ႕ထုတ္ျပန္ခ်က္မ်ားအရ သိရွိခဲ့ရပါတယ္။
