အသက္မျပည့္ေသးေသာအသုံးျပဳသူမ်ားရဲ႕ ေဒတာအခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကို ေစာင့္ၾကည့္မႈမ်ားျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့တဲ့အတြက္ TikTok ဟာ တရားစြဲဆိုမႈတစ္ခုနဲ႔ ရင္ဆိုင္ခဲ့ရပါတယ္။ ဒီအျဖစ္အပ်က္ေၾကာင့္ အေမရိကန္ႏိုင္ငံအတြင္း အသုံးျပဳခံရျခင္းကိုတားျမစ္ခံရျခင္းမွ ေရွာင္ရွားႏိုင္ခဲ့ေသာ္လည္း ေစာင့္ၾကည့္မႈမ်ားကို ခံေနရဆဲျဖစ္တဲ့ TikTok အေပၚ ပိတ္ဆို႔မႈမ်ား ထပ္မံျဖစ္ေပၚႏိုင္မလားဆိုတာကို စဥ္းစားစရာျဖစ္လို႔လာၿပီပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

လန္ဒန္ၿမိဳ႕ရွိ အမည္မေဖာ္လိုသူ ၁၂ ႏွစ္အ႐ြယ္ မိန္းကေလးငယ္တစ္ဦးက TikTok နဲ႔ ထိုအရင္ကထြက္ရွိခဲ့တဲ့ Musical.ly တို႔အေပၚတာဝန္ရွိတဲ့ ကုမၸဏီ ၆ ခုခန႔္ကို “တစ္ကိုယ္ရည္အခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကို ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္ႏိုင္ခြင့္ဆုံးရႈံးရျခင္း” ေၾကာင့္ တရားစြဲဆိုရန္အတြက္ စီစဥ္လွ်က္ရွိေနသည္ဟူ၍ ဒီဇင္ဘာလ၊ ၃၀ ရက္ေန႔က လန္ဒန္ၿမိဳ႕တရားလႊတ္ေတာ္ထုတ္ျပန္ခ်က္ တစ္ရပ္အရ သိရွိခဲ့ရပါတယ္။ အဆိုပါစြဲဆိုခ်က္တြင္ “ေဖာ္ျပပါကုမၸဏီမ်ားဟာ တရားလိုရဲ႕ ကိုယ္ေရးအခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကို မေလွ်ာ္ကန္ေသာအသုံးခ်မႈမ်ားျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့ၿပီး ကိုယ္ေရးအခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကို ရယူျခင္းျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့တဲ့အတြက္” ဥေရာပနဲ႔ UK တို႔ရဲ႕ ေဒတာကာကြယ္ေရးဥပေဒကို ခ်ိဳးေဖာက္လွ်က္ရွိေနတယ္ဟူ၍ ဆိုထားခဲ့ပါတယ္။

TikTok ရဲ႕ ကေလးသူငယ္ကာကြယ္ေရးေပၚလစီမ်ားဟာ အားနည္းလွ်က္ရွိေနဆဲျဖစ္ၿပီး ေလ့လာမႈမ်ားမွ ေတြ႕ရွိခ်က္အရ အေမရိကန္ႏိုင္ငံအတြင္း TikTok ကို ေန႔စဥ္အသုံးျပဳေနသူမ်ားအနက္မွ ၃၀% ေက်ာ္ေက်ာ္ခန႔္ဟာ အသက္ ၁၄ ႏွစ္ေအာက္ ကေလးငယ္မ်ား ျဖစ္ေနေၾကာင္းကို သိရွိခဲ့ရပါတယ္။ TikTok အေနနဲ႔ အသက္ ၁၃ ႏွစ္ႏွင့္အထက္ အသုံးျပဳသူမ်ားကိုသာ သူတို႔ရဲ႕ feature မ်ားအားလုံးသို႔ ဝင္ေရာက္ခြင့္ေပးထားပါေသာ္လည္း ပိုမိုမ်ားျပားတဲ့ ငယ္႐ြယ္သူ မိန္းကေလးငယ္မ်ားဟာ like မ်ားပို၍ရႏိုင္ရန္ လုပ္ႏိုင္သမွ်အရာတိုင္းကိုျပဳလုပ္ေနၾကတဲ့အတြက္ ဒီအရာကိုထပ္မံ၍ ၾကပ္မတ္ဖို႔ လိုအပ္ေနဆဲပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
