Cover Letter ကို ဘယ္လို ေရးရမလဲ ဆိုတာကို မေျပာခင္မွာ ပထမဆံုး cover letter ဆုိတာ ဘာလဲဆုိတာကို ရွင္းခ်င္ပါတယ္။

ဘယ္လို ရာထူးမ်ိဳးကိုပဲေလွ်ာက္ေလွ်ာက္ အလုပ္တစ္ခုေလွ်ာက္ေတာ့မယ္ဆုိရင္ ကိုယ္က (Cover Letter) အလုပ္ေလွ်ာက္စာ တစ္ေစာင္ကို ေရးဖို႔လိုပါတယ္။ အဲ့ဒီစာထဲမွာ ကိုယ့္ကိုယ္ကို မိတ္ဆက္တဲ့ စာသားေတြရယ္၊ ဒီစာကုိဘာေၾကာင့္ေရးရသလဲဆုိတာကုိ ရွင္းျပထားတဲ့ စာသားေတြ မျဖစ္မေနပါဝင္ရပါမယ္။ ကိုယ့္ရဲ႕အေတြ႔အၾကံဳ ဒါမွမဟုတ္ စြမ္းရည္တစ္ခ်ိဳ႕ကုိ ေဖာ္ျပျပီး ကိုယ္ေလွ်ာက္တဲ့ အလုပ္ရွင္နဲ႔ လူခ်င္းေတြ႕ဖို႔ိ႔အခြင့္အလမ္းကုိ ေတာင္းဆိုတဲ့ အခ်က္ေတြကုိ ေဖာ္ျပရမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။  

Cover Letter တစ္ေစာင္ကုိ ေရးသားတဲ့အခါမွာေတာ့

ပထမဆံုးစာပိုဒ္မွာ ကို္ယ့္ကိုယ္ကုိ မိတ္ဆက္ျပီး  ဒီစာကုိ ကုမၸဏီက ေခၚဆိုတဲ့ ဘယ္ရာထူးအတြက္ ေလွ်ာက္ထားတယ္ဆိုတာကို ေဖာ္ျပရပါ့မယ္။

 ဥပမာ - ကၽြန္ေတာ္နာမည္က ကႀကီး ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဘယ္ဘြဲ႕ရထားပါတယ္။ အခု ဘယ္ကုမၸဏီမွာ ဘာတာဝနု္ေတြကို ထမ္းေဆာင္ေနပါတယ္။ စတဲ့ အခ်က္ေတြပါဝင္သင့္ပါတယ္။

ဒုတိယ စာပိုဒ္မွာေတာ့ ကိုယ္ရခဲ့တဲ့ အေတြ႕အႀကံဳေတြက အခုေလွ်ာက္ထားလုိတဲ့ အလုပ္နဲ႔ ဘယ္ေလာက္ကိုက္ညီေၾကာင္း၊ ကိုယ္က ဘာေတြ လုပ္ေပးႏိုင္ေၾကာင္း အလုပ္ႏွင့္ပက္သက္ျပီး ဘယ္လိုယံုၾကည့္မႈရွိေၾကာင္းတုိ႔ကုိ ေဖာ္ျပျပီး အဖြဲ႕အစည္းအတြက္ (organization) အက်ိဳးအျမတ္ မ်ားရရွိေအာင္ ဘယ္လိုလုပ္ေပးႏိုင္ေၾကာင္း စတာေတြကို ေဖာ္ျပေပးရမွာပါ။

ေနာက္ဆံုးစာပိုဒ္မွာေတာ့ ေရးသားမႈကုိ အခ်ိန္ေပးျပီး ဖတ္တဲ့အတြက္ ေက်းဇူးတင္ရွိေၾကာင္းေျပာျပီး သတင္းေကာင္းကို ေစာင့္ေမွ်ာ္ေနပါတယ္လို႔ ေရးသားရင္း နိ္ဂံုးခ်ဳပ္သင့္ပါတယ္။
