Google bans ads for stalkerware apps-with an exception

Google ဟာ Stalkerware app မ်ားအားေၾကာ္ျငာျခင္းကိုခြၽင္းခ်က္တစ္ရပ္မွအပ ပိတ္ပင္တားျမစ္လိုက္ၿပီျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

August လမွ စတင္ကာ Google ဟာ stalkerware ထုတ္ကုန္မ်ားနဲ႔ ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ားအေၾကာင္း ေၾကာ္ျငာလွ်က္ရွိတဲ့ ေၾကာ္ျငာမ်ားကို တားျမစ္သြားေတာ့မွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

Google ဟာ မၾကာခင္ကာလမ်ားအတြင္း Stalkeware ထုတ္ကုန္မ်ားနဲ႔ ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ားကိုေၾကာ္ျငာ ေနတဲ့ ad မ်ားကို တားျမစ္မႈေတြျပဳလုပ္သြားမွာျဖစ္ေသာ္လည္း အခ်ိဳ႕ေသာလုံၿခဳံေရးဆိုင္ရာကြၽမ္းက်င္ သူမ်ားကေတာ့ ဒီအရာဟာထိေရာက္မႈမရွိမွာကိုစိုးရိမ္ေနၾကပါတယ္။

၂၀၂၀၊ ဩဂုတ္လမွစတင္ကာ Google ရဲ႕ ads policy ဟာ stalkerware အေၾကာင္း ေၾကာ္ျငာမႈမ်ားကို တားျမစ္ႏိုင္ေစဖို႔အတြက္ အသစ္ျပင္ဆင္ေရးဆြဲသြားမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ Stalkerware ဆိုသည္မွာ device မ်ားတြင္ထည့္သြင္းႏိုင္ေသာ software တစ္ခုျဖစ္ၿပီး ထိုအရာမွတဆင့္သူတို႔ပိုင္ရွင္မ်ားရဲ႕ တည္ေနရာ၊ လုပ္ေဆာင္ခ်က္မ်ားနဲ႔ အျခားအရာမ်ားကို ေျခရာခံႏိုင္ေစသည့္ အရာတစ္ခုျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ Google က ေျပာဆိုခဲ့သည္မွာ - ဒီေပၚလစီအသစ္ကိုခ်ိဳးေဖာက္သည့္သူမ်ားကို ပထမဦးစြာ ရက္ႀကိဳတင္ၿပီးသတိ ေပးသြားမွာျဖစ္ၿပီးေနာက္ ထိုသူမ်ားရဲ႕အေကာင့္မ်ားကို ပိတ္သိမ္းသြားမွာျဖစ္တယ္ဟု ဆိုပါတယ္။

“အသစ္မြမ္းမံေရးဆြဲလိုက္တဲ့ ေပၚလစီဟာ အျခားေသာသူတစ္ဦးရဲ႕ခြင့္ျပဳခ်က္မရပဲ ထိုသူကို ေျခရာခံ ေစာင့္ၾကည့္ျခင္းမ်ားျပဳလုပ္ႏိုင္သည့္ app မ်ားရဲ႕ ထုတ္ကုန္မ်ားနဲ႔ ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ားကို ေၾကာ္ျငာမႈျပဳ လုပ္ျခင္းအား Google ရဲ႕ Advertising Policies Page အရ တားဆီးသြားမွာျဖစ္တယ္လို႔ဆိုပါတယ္။“

“ဒီေပၚလစီကို ကမာၻတစ္လႊားတြင္အက်ိဳးသက္ေရာက္မႈရွိေစမွာျဖစ္ၿပီး ဒီေပၚလစီကိုစတင္အက်ိဳးသက္ ေရာက္မႈရွိေစမယ့္အခ်ိန္ကေတာ့ ဩဂုတ္လ ၁၁ရက္၊ ၂၀၂၀ခုႏွစ္မွာျဖစ္တယ္လို႔ သိရွိရပါတယ္။”

သို႔ေသာ္လည္း Google ရဲ႕ stalkerware ads မ်ားကို တားျမစ္ပိတ္ပင္မႈဟာ သီးသန႔္စုံစမ္းေထာက္ လွမ္းေရးဝန္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ား (သို႔) မိဘမ်ားမွ သူတို႔ရဲ႕ အသက္မျပည့္ေသးတဲ့ကေလးေတြကိုေျခရာခံႏိုင္ေစ ဖို႔အတြက္ေရးဆြဲထားတဲ့ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ားေတာ့ ပါဝင္မွာမဟုတ္ဘူးလို႔ ဆိုၿပီး ဒီအရာက ေစာင့္ၾကည့္ေရး software ကုမၸဏီမ်ားအတြက္ အခြင့္ေကာင္းယူႏိုင္မယ့္္ အားနည္းခ်က္တစ္ခုျဖစ္လာႏိုင္ဖြယ္ရွိေနပါ တယ္။
