Fortnite ဂိမ္းဖန္တီးသူ Epic Games ႏွင့္ Apple တို႔အၾကားက တိုက္ပြဲမ်ား

Epic ႏွင့္ Apple တို႔အၾကား App Store ေပၚလစီမ်ားေၾကာင့္ျဖစ္ပြားလ်က္ရွိတဲ့ လြန္ဆြဲပြဲဟာ အရွိန္အဟုန္ျမင့္တက္လာလ်က္ရွိေနပါတယ္။ ယခုအခါ Epic က Apple ကို အေမရိကန္ျပည္နယ္တရား႐ုံးတြင္ စြဲဆိုခ်က္တစ္ရပ္နဲ႔ တရားစြဲဆိုခဲ့ၿပီး Apple ဟာ သူတို႔ရဲ႕ developer အေကာင့္မ်ားနဲ႔အတူ Epic မွ Third-Party developer မ်ားထံသို႔ ေပးအပ္ထားတဲ့ Unreal Engine အျပင္ အျခားေသာ developer tool မ်ားကိုအသုံးျပဳခြင့္အား ပိတ္ပင္ဖို႔ကို လာမည့္ ဩဂုတ္လ၊ ၂၈ ရက္ေန႔တြင္ျပဳလုပ္သြားမွာျဖစ္သည့္အေၾကာင္း အသိေပးလာခဲ့သည္ဟုဆိုပါတယ္။

Epic ရဲ႕ ေျပာဆိုခ်က္အရ “Apple ရဲ႕ ဒီလုပ္ရပ္ဟာ Fortnite ကိုသာမက အျခား Unreal Engine ကိုအသုံးျပဳေနတဲ့ ဂိမ္းမ်ားအတြက္ပါအႏၲရာယ္ရွိလာႏိုင္ၿပီး ဒါဟာ Unreal Engine အတြက္ ရွိလာႏိုင္တဲ့ ၿခိမ္းေျခာက္မႈတစ္ရပ္ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။” ဟု ေျပာဆိုခဲ့ပါတယ္။ “ဒီကိစၥေၾကာင့္ Epic အေနနဲ႔ ဆက္လက္လုပ္ကိုင္ေနဆဲလုပ္ငန္းေတြ၊ သူတို႔ရဲ႕ဂုဏ္သိကၡာနဲ႔ ေဖာက္သည္မ်ားထံမွယုံၾကည္မႈတို႔အေပၚ ေငြေၾကးသတ္မွတ္ၿပီးတန္ဖိုးျဖတ္မရႏိုင္တဲ့၊ ျပန္လည္ျပင္ဆင္မရႏိုင္တဲ့ ထိခိုက္နစ္နာမႈမ်ားကိုျဖစ္ေပၚေစခဲ့တယ္” ဟူ၍လည္းထပ္မံေျပာၾကားသြားခဲ့ပါ တယ္။

Fortnite ဟာ ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့အပတ္အတြင္း Epic က တိုက္႐ိုက္ေငြေပးေျခမႈစနစ္ကို စတင္မိတ္ဆက္ခဲ့ၿပီးေနာက္ Apple ရဲ႕ App Store ႏွင့္ Google Play Store တို႔ေပၚမွ ျဖဳတ္ခ်ခံခဲ့ရတာပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ “Apple ဟာ သူတို႔အရင္က ဆန႔္က်င္ခဲ့တဲ့ ကုမၸဏီႀကီးေတြက ေဈးကြက္ကိုထိန္းခ်ဳပ္ထားၿပီး၊ အၿပိဳင္အဆိုင္မ်ားကိုပိတ္ဆို႔ကာ တီထြင္ဆန္းသစ္မႈမ်ားကို ရပ္တန႔္သြားေစတဲ့ကိစၥရပ္ေတြကိုျပဳလုပ္ေနတယ္ဟူ၍ Epic က သူတို႔ရဲ႕တရားခြင္အတြင္းတြင္ ေျပာၾကားသြားခဲ့ပါတယ္။ “Apple ဟာ ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့ႏွစ္မ်ားက monopolist မ်ားထက္ ပိုမိုႀကီးမားၿပီး၊ ပိုမိုအင္အားေကာင္းေနသည့္အျပင္၊ ယခင္လက္ဝါးႀကီးအုပ္သည့္သူမ်ား၏ လမ္းေဟာင္းအတိုင္းေလွ်ာက္လွမ္းေနလွ်က္ရွိသည့္အတြက္ ယခင္ကသူမ်ားထက္ပိုၿပီး အႏၲရာယ္ရွိေနႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ ေဈးကြက္ရဲ႕ထိပ္ဆုံးတြင္ စုစုေပါင္းတန္ေၾကး ေဒၚလာ ၂ ထရီလီယံခန႔္နဲ႔ ရပ္တည္ေနတဲ့ Apple ရဲ႕ အ႐ြယ္အစားနဲ႔ လက္လွမ္းမွီမႈမ်ားဟာ သမိုင္းတစ္ေလွ်ာက္ရွိဖူးခဲ့တဲ့ နည္းပညာလက္ဝါးႀကီးအုပ္သူကုမၸဏီမ်ားထက္ အဆ ေပါင္းမ်ားစြာ သာလြန္လွ်က္ရွိေနတယ္။" ဟူ၍လည္း Epic က ေျပာဆိုခဲ့ပါေသးတယ္။
