အေမရိကန္ တရားေရးရာဌာန (Department of Justice) မွ Cryptocurrency မ်ားကို ရာဇဝတ္မႈႏွင့္ တရားမဝင္ေသာလုပ္ရပ္မ်ားအတြက္ သုံးစြဲေနျခင္းအား စုံစမ္းစစ္ေဆးမႈမ်ားျပဳလုပ္ႏိုင္ရန္အတြက္ အဖြဲ႕တစ္ခုကိုဖြဲ႕စည္းလိုက္ၿပီျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ 

၎အဖြဲ႕ကို အမ်ိဳးသား Cryptocurrency စည္းၾကပ္ေရးအဖြဲ႕ (National Cryptocurrency Enforcement Team) ဟူ၍ အမည္ေပးထားၿပီး NCET အေနနဲ႔ virtual currency လဲလွယ္မႈမ်ားႏွင့္ ေငြေၾကးခဝါခ်မႈတြင္ပါဝင္ေနတဲ့ လူပုဂၢိဳလ္မ်ားႏွင့္ အဖြဲ႕အစည္းမ်ားကို အဓိကထား၍ ကိုင္တြယ္မႈမ်ားကို ျပဳလုပ္သြားမွာျဖစ္တဲ့အျပင္ လိမ္လည္မႈမ်ားနဲ႔ ransomware မ်ားကိုအသုံးျပဳ၍ ေငြညႇစ္ျခင္းတို႔ေၾကာင့္ ဆုံးရႈံးသြားရတဲ့ ပိုင္ဆိုင္မႈမ်ားကို ျပန္လည္ေျခရာခံ၍ သိမ္းယူႏိုင္ဖို႔အတြက္ကိုလည္း ေဆာင္႐ြက္သြားမွာျဖစ္တယ္လို႔ သိရွိရပါတယ္။
