အေမရိကန္တရားေရးရာဌာနမွ Google အေပၚ တရားစြဲဆိုမႈတစ္ရပ္ျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့

ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့အပတ္ အဂၤါေန႔က U.S တရားေရးရာဌာနမွ Google ဟာ အၿပိဳင္အဆိုင္ကုမၸဏီမ်ားကိုပိတ္ဆို႔ျခင္း လုပ္ေဆာင္ခ်က္မ်ားကို search and advertising ေဈးကြက္အတြင္း ျပဳလုပ္လွ်က္ရွိကာ ေဈးကြက္ကို လက္ဝါးႀကီး အုပ္ထားလွ်က္ရွိသည္ဟူသည့္ စြဲဆိုခ်က္တစ္ရပ္ျဖင့္ တရားစြဲဆိုခဲ့ပါတယ္။

၂၀၁၇ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ Apple ဟာ Google ရဲ႕ search engine ကို Apple device မ်ားအားလုံးတြင္ ႀကိဳတင္သတ္မွတ္ေပးထားေသာ search engine တစ္ခုျဖစ္ေစရန္အတြက္ သေဘာတူညီခ်က္တစ္ရပ္ကို ျဖည့္စြက္ခဲ့ ပါတယ္။ New York Times ရဲ႕ သတင္းမ်ားအရ Apple က သူတို႔ရဲ႕ device မ်ားအေပၚတြင္ ထိုသို႔ျပဳလုပ္ေပးေနသည့္ အတြက္ Google ထံမွ တစ္ႏွစ္လွ်င္ 8 – 12 Billion ေဒၚလာရရွိလွ်က္ရွိေနသည္ဟု ဆိုပါတယ္။ ဒါဟာ Google က ဘယ္သူတစ္ဦးတစ္ေယာက္ကိုမွ ေပးေခ်ခဲ့ဖူးျခင္းမရွိေသာ မ်ားျပားလွတဲ့ ေငြပမာဏတစ္ခုျဖစ္ကာ Apple ရဲ႕ ႏွစ္စဥ္ အျမတ္ေငြမ်ားရဲ႕ 14 – 21% အထိ ဟာ ထိုသေဘာတူညီခ်က္ကေန ရရွိခဲ့တာပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

တရားသူႀကီးမ်ားကေတာ့ ဒီ သေဘာတူညီခ်က္ဟာ တရားမဝင္တဲ့ နည္းဗ်ဴဟာမ်ားကိုအသုံးျပဳၿပီး Google က သူတို႔ ရဲ႕ေဈးကြက္လက္ဝါးႀကီးအုပ္မႈကို ထိန္းသိမ္းထားႏိုင္ရန္ႏွင့္ အၿပိဳင္အဆိုင္ကုမၸဏီမ်ားကို ဖယ္ရွားရန္ျပဳလုပ္ခ်က္တစ္ ရပ္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း ေျပာၾကားသြားခဲ့ပါတယ္။ တရားေရးရာဌာနရဲ႕အဆိုအရ Google ရဲ႕ search traffic တစ္ဝက္နီးပါးခန႔္ ဟာ Apple device မ်ားထံမွ လာေနတာျဖစ္ၿပီး Google ရဲ႕ business model ဟာ ads (ေၾကာ္ျငာ) မ်ားကို မွီခိုအားထားေနရတဲ့ စနစ္ျဖစ္ေနတဲ့အတြက္ ဒီသေဘာတူညီခ်က္အားဆုံးရႈံးရျခင္းကို ကုမၸဏီအတြင္းတြင္ အနီေရာင္အဆင့္ သတ္မွတ္ထားသည္ဟု ဆိုခဲ့ပါတယ္။

တရားေရးရာဌာနရဲ႕ ဒီစြက္ဖက္မႈေၾကာင့္ Apple ဟာ သူတို႔ရဲ႕ အျမတ္ေငြအေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားကို ဆုံးရႈံးရႏိုင္ေခ်ရွိေနၿပီး Google အတြက္ေတာ့ ပိုမို၍အႏၲရာယ္ရွိႏိုင္ေနကာ သူတို႔ရဲ႕ traffic ကို ျပန္လည္အစားထိုးႏိုင္မယ့္ အျခားေသာနည္းလမ္းရွိေတာ့မွာမဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ ထို႔အျပင္ ဒီကိစၥရပ္ေၾကာင့္ Apple က အျခားေသာ search engine တစ္ခုကို ဝယ္ယူျခင္း (သို႔) ကိုယ္ပိုင္ထုတ္လုပ္ျခင္းတို႔ကို ေဆာင္႐ြက္လာႏိုင္တဲ့အတြက္ Google အေနနဲ႔ Apple နဲ႔ ျပန္လည္လက္တြဲႏိုင္ဖို႔ဟာ ျဖစ္ႏိုင္ေခ်နည္းပါးသြားၿပီပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
